Marc being a 23-year veteran with the Ohio Air National Guard and U.S. Air Force has obtained extensive experience in the fields of base services, civil engineering, base security and administration.  Marc has managed a local operation for an independent contractor.  His responsibilities consisted of scheduling project work for the business, delivery of product, and selection of work force.  As well as, compliance of local building codes, working closely with individual customers and insurance companies.  

Jon has a diverse background within the area of new home construction and home remodeling.  Jon has 27-years of building experience.  Within his range of experience is:  Masonry, Rough Framing, Roofing and Exterior Trim including application of various siding components, drywall and interior trim.  Jon has operated as an independent contractor for 4-years prior to partnering with Marc.

• Re-Roof.  Services include removal of old shingles and materials, replacement of deck sheet if required, application of roofing felt and shingles.  Disposal of the waste is included with this service.
• New Roof.  New build installation of drip edge, felt paper, application of either 3-tab or dimensional shingles and installation of any type of ventilation (i.e. ridge vent, hat vent, off ridge vent or power vent).
• Vinyl Siding.  Both new construction and re-siding services, consisting of a wide selection of available colors and styles.  Included in this selection are various moldings and trim features that would enhance your building project.
• Aluminum Gutter.  Continuous gutter in a variety of different colors and sizes, including all needed downspouts and turnouts.
